Morning Bliss’ 22 was a small pilot project developed for RAISE — a curated 3-week online journey delivered via Zoom. Designed to help participants start their day with clarity, vitality, and intention, the program blended spiritual practices with practical structure.
As the creative lead and content strategist, I shaped the program’s concept, flow, messaging, and visual identity — crafting a transformational wellness experience rooted in rhythm, presence, and inner alignment.
In this project, I took on the role of creative lead and content strategist from start to finish. I conceptualized the overall structure of the 22-day program, defined its thematic arc, and crafted the tone of voice to balance spiritual depth with clarity and accessibility. I wrote all the core copy — from coach introductions and session descriptions to journal prompts and onboarding instructions — while also designing the visual layout of the playbook to support a smooth, intuitive user experience. Beyond content and design, I curated the daily rhythm of practices to ensure a holistic, progressive journey that felt both grounded and expansive.
To bring Morning Bliss’ 22 to life, I designed a clean, modern visual language that felt both grounded and elevated — combining minimalist and also experimental layouts with soft gradients and elemental imagery to reflect the ritualistic nature of the journey.
The aim was to communicate spiritual and energetic concepts in a way that felt fresh, accessible, and relevant to a younger, digitally-native audience. Alongside the core content, I created a series of engaging social media campaigns for Instagram and Facebook, using short-form video teasers, coach quotes, and animated story slides to build momentum, spark curiosity, and invite participation throughout the three-week program.

Creating Morning Bliss’ 22 was not just a creative project — it was a personal exploration into how structure, ritual, and storytelling can support self-regulation and connection in uncertain times. Developed during the aftermath of COVID, it marked my first deeper step into the field of holistic wellbeing and conscious content creation. The experience expanded my skill set beyond UX and media, allowing me to design not just for users, but for inner transformation — something I continue to build on in my work today.
