During my sabbatical, I developed a profound interest in holistic well-being and envisioned reinventing education for modern awareness culture by blending ancient traditions with alternative healthcare. When COVID-19 began impacting the world in 2020, I started sketching concepts for a platform designed to guide users on a journey of self-discovery and holistic health. While navigating the challenging learning curve of entrepreneurship and dedicating time to explore transformational content, this idea has evolved into my passion project, RAISE—a vision I continue to nurture and develop in the near future.
RAISE is a platform dedicated to modern awareness culture, offering personal guidance for holistic being. It invites users on a journey of self-discovery, inner healing, and authentic growth by connecting them with curated methodologies, practitioners, and transformational content tailored to their needs.
It has become increasingly essential to examine the interconnectedness of the body, mind, and soul. The idea of "holistic being" is rooted in the growing recognition that personal transformation and health require an integrative understanding of these dimensions, paving the way for innovative methodologies that address modern-day challenges.
A GUIDED TOUR THROUGH HOLISTIC BEING.
The idea is to create an immersive three-part online video course designed to provide users with a comprehensive exploration of RAISE’s holistic approach. This transformative series serves as an in-depth “tasting menu” of methods, practices, and teachings, offering deep insights into their origins, scientific foundations, and potential personal benefits. Selected experts lead through an interactive journey that introduces the basic concepts of embodied-, conscious -and spiritual awareness.

STATUS QUO
The journey of creating this project has been transformative in itself. After beta testing and several iterations of the concept, the project is now embracing the options presented by emerging AI technologies and is being reimagined in light of these upcoming technological advancements.
